# Payment events say how each one ended

Every payment event now carries `outcome`: `INVOICED`, `IN_PROGRESS`, `NOT_INVOICED`, `RESOLVED`, `INCIDENT` or `NO_CHANGE`.

The payment events of a connection, and the answers of the actions on them (retry, resolve, discard, restore), include a new `outcome` field that sums up the result, so you do not have to derive it from `status` and `failure_reason`. `INCIDENT` is the one that needs you.

## Endpoints

- `GET /v1/companies/{company_id}/payment-connections/{connection_id}/events` — Each event has `outcome`
