## When it happens

The webhook URL does not start with `https://`. Events are only delivered over TLS.

## How to fix it

Serve your endpoint over HTTPS and register the `https://` URL.

## Retry

Not as is: the same request fails the same way. Fix the cause described above, then send the request again, under a new `Idempotency-Key` if the body changed.
