Submit the signed representation document

Uploads the digitally signed representation PDF of a company (NIF), sent as multipart/form-data in the file field.

  • Validation: the signature is validated asynchronously, so a 200 means the document was accepted for validation, not that the representation is already active. Poll GET /v1/companies/{company_id}/representation for the outcome.

Keys are prefixed beel_sk_, and each one carries the scopes it was created with: a key short of the scope an operation needs is answered 403. The scope an operation requires is shown next to its title, and the full catalogue lives in the Scopes reference.

Keys are created from the BeeL dashboard. They are secret credentials: do not share them or commit them to source control.

company_idstring

NIF (company) the operation acts on. It is the only source of context: the account that owns it is derived from it, and the BeeL-Active-Company header plays no part. A NIF you do not reach answers 403, and so does a NIF that does not exist, so the existence of a NIF in another account is never disclosed.

Idempotency-Key?string

Idempotency key to prevent duplicates in sensitive operations.

  • Any unique client-generated string (e.g. an order id). A UUID also works but is not required
  • Allowed characters: letters, digits, _ and - (max 255 chars)
  • If the same key is sent twice, the result of the first operation is returned
  • Keys expire 24 hours after processing

The key is scoped per user and environment, and bound to the request body, so retrying after a network timeout replays the stored response instead of repeating the operation.

Generate the representation document POST

Generates the unsigned AEAT representation PDF of a company (NIF), the first step of the representation flow. - **Next steps:** download the PDF from `GET /v1/companies/{company_id}/representation/document`, sign it digitally and return it through `POST /v1/companies/{company_id}/representation/submit`. - **Fiscal identity:** must be complete before the document can be produced. An incomplete one is rejected with `400` naming what is missing. - **Existing representation:** a company that already holds an active one is rejected too. Cancel it first.

Get the fiscal representation GET

Returns the state of the AEAT fiscal representation of a company (NIF): whether the document has been generated, signed and submitted, and whether AEAT accepted it or it was cancelled. - **`status`:** `NOT_STARTED`, `PDF_GENERATED`, `SUBMITTED`, `ACTIVE`, `ERROR` or `CANCELLED`. - **Never started:** not an error. The endpoint answers `200` with `NOT_STARTED`, so polling it is always safe.
