ANNUAL_PLAN_NOT_AVAILABLE | The annual plan is not available for this account. Activate without a billing period to subscribe to the monthly plan. |
BILLING_MANAGED_BY_PROVIDER | This account's subscription is managed by your provider; you cannot change it here. |
CHECKOUT_URLS_REQUIRED | success_url and cancel_url are required to set up billing |
CONTACT_SALES_REQUIRED | To add more than one NIF, talk to us: we will prepare a per-NIF price for you. |
FEATURE_NOT_AVAILABLE | The '‹value›' feature is not available in your plan |
