Stripe: charges without a PaymentIntent are invoiced, and `external_payment_id` can start with `ch_` or `pr_`
A charge without a PaymentIntent, or a Stripe invoice paid outside Stripe, is now invoiced; its external_payment_id starts with ch_ or pr_, not pi_.
ChangelogImproved
Both used to be skipped. If your code assumes external_payment_id is always a PaymentIntent id, accept the ch_ and pr_ prefixes too. A dispute on a charge BeeL. did not invoice is no longer an incident: there is no invoice to correct.
Where to go next
Payment events say how each one ended
Every payment event now carries `outcome`: `INVOICED`, `IN_PROGRESS`, `NOT_INVOICED`, `RESOLVED`, `INCIDENT` or `NO_CHANGE`.
NIF validation in sandbox answers with simulated data
With a test key, `POST /v1/nif/validate` checks the syntax only and no longer queries the AEAT register.
