When it happens

The company cannot issue fiscal documents in this environment yet. error.details.blockers[] lists why, each with its own code: PROFILE_INCOMPLETE (with error.details.missing_fields[]), COMPANY_NOT_ACTIVATED, ENV_MISMATCH, NIF_NOT_REGISTERED or NIF_REPRESENTATION_REQUIRED.

How to fix it

Resolve each blocker, then retry. GET /v1/companies/{company_id}/issuing-readiness reports the same blockers without attempting to issue anything.

Retry

Not as is: the same request fails the same way. Fix the cause described above, then send the request again, under a new Idempotency-Key if the body changed.
