This company is active in Live and cannot be deleted. Deactivate it in Live first: the deactivation is scheduled, the current cycle is charged and served in full, and from its effective date you will be able to delete the company

This company has invoices in Live and cannot be deleted. Delete its drafts and proformas first; if it has already issued invoices, the way out is to deactivate it in Live, not to delete it
