When it happens

The invoice has no stored PDF yet to take the file from: the PDF of an issued invoice is generated after issuing, and under VeriFactu once the QR of its registration exists.

How to fix it

Retry once the PDF exists: wait for the invoice.pdf.generated webhook. Sending the invoice by email does not need to wait: it is accepted with 202 and goes out when the PDF is stored.

Not as is: the same request fails the same way. Fix the cause described above, then send the request again, under a new Idempotency-Key if the body changed.
