When it happens
The webhook URL does not start with https://. Events are only delivered over TLS.
How to fix it
Serve your endpoint over HTTPS and register the https:// URL.

Not as is: the same request fails the same way. Fix the cause described above, then send the request again, under a new Idempotency-Key if the body changed.
