When it happens
A numeric field is outside the range it accepts. The message names the field and its minimum and maximum.
How to fix it
Send a value within the range the message gives.
Retry
Not as is: the same request fails the same way. Fix the cause described above, then send the request again, under a new Idempotency-Key if the body changed.
